This piece was inspired by a few things:
Fukushima - Has everyone forgotten?! The radiation just spiked in CA milk.

Anyway, this was done in SAI. I made a custom brush for the lines. It's like inking with a fine tip ink pen. I did the colors with a watercolor brush. I did each color on a different layer with the darker layers on top. This kept the colors from blending together and looking more watercolorish.
